Eine Schüssel mit Chia-Pudding, dekoriert mit Früchten und Nüssen, neben Milchflasche.

Preparation

Soak the Seeberger chia seeds in milk or a milk alternative for approx. 10 mins. The chia seeds swell quickly - stir with a whisk to prevent them from clumping.

Then add the almond butter and the chopped, roasted almonds to the chia pudding and mix together. Garnish the chia pudding as desired.

Pleasure tip: The base of the chia pudding is easy to prepare for the whole week. It can be kept in the fridge for approx. 5 days.
