Do you fancy a sweet, vegan Easter surprise? These chocolate Easter eggs with almond brownie filling are not only super tasty, but also full of natural energy suppliers such as almonds and dates. Transform your Easter treats - with dark chocolate, crunchy almonds and a creamy brownie filling!

Ingredients

  • 100g Almonds
  • 30g Coconut flakes
  • 30g ground almonds
  • 2tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • 1Pn. Salt
  • 2tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1tbsp Agave syrup
  • 80g dark chocolate (for the coating)
  • 30g Seeberger almonds (for the coating)
  • 2tbsp Coconut oil (for the coating)

Preparation

For the filling, put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you have a firm mixture. Shape the mixture into small Easter eggs and chill them.

Meanwhile, it's time for the chocolate coating: melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil over a bain-marie, stirring constantly. In the meantime, finely chop the almonds and then mix them into the liquid chocolate mixture.

You can now either dip the almond brownie mixture into the chocolate and leave to set or pour the chocolate into an Easter egg mold, press the mixture into it and leave to harden.

Now just remove from the mold and enjoy!
