Ingredients

  • 80ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 50ml Coconut oil, liquid
  • 1tsp freshly grated orange zest from an organic orange
  • 2pn Vanilla pulp
  • 50g Cranberry muesli
  • 55g Almonds
  • 90g Apricots
  • 50g Grated coconut

Preparation

Roughly chop the apricots and mix with the other muesli ingredients and nuts in a bowl. Add the coconut oil, orange juice and zest and vanilla powder and mix. The granola mixture should be slightly moist.

Pour the mixture onto a baking tray and spread. Bake the granola for approx. 15 - 20 minutes until light brown. Stir occasionally halfway through the baking time.
