Mix all the ingredients except the sesame seeds in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees convection and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Spread the spiced nut mixture on the baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the nuts are golden brown. Stir the nuts from time to time with a wooden spoon. Put the sesame seeds in a deep plate. Remove the nuts from the oven and add them to the sesame seeds in the plate. Mix everything well with a fork until the nuts are covered in sesame seeds.
Pack the nuts in an airtight container and they will keep for up to 3 months.
