Ingredients

  • 3tbsp Cocoa powder without added sugar
  • 2tbsp Coconut oil
  • 50g Dark chocolate, vegan
  • 1Pn. Salt

Preparation

Roast the hazelnuts in a hot pan without oil for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Puree together with the remaining ingredients except the chocolate in a food processor or blender until creamy. Melt the chocolate slowly in a bowl in a bain-marie. Add to the hazelnut mixture and puree until smooth. Pour into a clean screw-top jar and leave to rest in the fridge for at least two hours before serving.

The hazelnut spread can be kept in the fridge for 7-14 days.
